Katie serves as the receptionist at Patriot Animal Hospital, bringing with her over two decades of customer service experience. With five years spent at a veterinary hospital where she spent four of those years leading the Customer Care Representative Department, Katie combines her natural knack for customer service with her passion for animals. She has always been driven by a desire to connect with and assist people, and she finds it a privilege to support fellow animal lovers in caring for their pets.
In her personal life, Katie enjoys spending quality time with her family and her charming Chihuahua, Kailani Blue. She indulges in activities such as two-step dancing, listening to music, reading, and painting pottery, and has a fondness for the outdoors, particularly fishing and boating—a love developed during summers spent on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire and Cape Cod. Having grown up in a family that cherished animals, Katie holds a deep-seated commitment to aiding animals in need, a principle that she continues to uphold in her role at the hospital.
